The current FAQ is a joke and has been for a long time.

Great! But this dosen't even answer the question! Is on bad or is off bad?
Why do I have to join the forums to find out this information? I no longer even have a percentage -or- a number displayed in my profile. Does this mean I've failed them all?

Its because you have turn it off in your profile.
Go to profile, in the left menu, you see than

Click Account
Than you see ( in the picture number 10 and 11)

All links & HAT: you have set it to NO, turn it on to YES.
