I think it would help a lot, when the Emperors of dynasties maxing out others with more than 500 members in alliances would get an alert mail like the mail:

or

...
A mail:

"you have more than 500 members in alliance."

I'm wasting my time writing such mails to others.
When I have bad luck, they are mad at me afterwards.
