HATs disabled?

I haven't seen a HAT in 3 or 4 days now.

I have a new member who didn't understand what the HATs meant until he hit 0/11. He has been looking to try to raise it in the past 3 days and is stuck.

Are HATs broken? Is there a way for people to improve their CARE without the HAT?

nope, must do hats to raise care, no other way, and i have been getting HATs, no problem here

A quick look through some profiles leads me to believe HATS havent happened for at least 2 days.

mph10 your last HAT test was 2009-03-28 23:31:10

That's more than 4 days ago.

Has anyone had a HAT since 2009-03-29 01:00 (the summer time shift)?

I have people in my dynasty working their way up in CARE but they are stuck!

Same here, no HATs since the DST issue on the server.

so do I , no new HAT since saturday the 28 march

I can only confirm that there haven't been HAT's in the past few days for me either.

And although that isn't a direct problem for me, I too have members in my dynasty eagerly trying to improve their CARE...

I just got my very first H.A.T. about 2 minutes ago. I joined a few days ago and was gettign worried that I'd not seen one.

Can some one please explain how many I need to do before it starts registering in my profile? at the moment it just says (<10)

After 10 Hats you see the CARE% in your profile.
