short notes error

i believe that there might be a problem with the html check in my short nots

a few days ago, when i added some new short notes, i did the html check, and it said there were no errors, afeww seconds later it came up saying 3 errors were detected

no i consistanly get the same 3 errors, even after being given correct html codes that worked in someone else's short notes

could a mod or admin, or someone check my shortnotes, or reset it something because im pretty sure there is a problem
