I heard about new server time. Is it true ? Now server reset time is 08:00:00 am ???

summer time ended, and the clock went back one hour, and with it, the server also went back one hour. if you live in a country that had the end of summertime this weekend, (saturday to sunday) then nothing changes for you. if i am correct, the us is a week later with ending the summertime.

Our time wont change lol Only one time it's changing after every 4 years. And we don't have a weekend like others lol We have only a day called - holy day. School and government offices has two holy day. And others - only one day. But, it is just, people getting relax. But not like Europe or others, like going for shopping or anything like that lol

Before i was curious to think, why foreign people are mad to get weekend ? lol

So, server reset time is 07:00:00 ? And all other HH times also ok like before right ?

07:00:00, 18:00:00 or 24:00:00

Some people says, Now - Server Reset time is 08:00:00

But, really i am confused now. Cause, right now the server time is - 22:00:00 And my own time is - 03 am. But, before it was 02 am when server time was 22:00:00
