How long does it take for a mod to check a link? I put one one 7 hours ago and am still waiting!
Sorry to be so impatient, but I want to get some clicks.

It varies. There is nothing waiting to be checked now, so I'm assuming you are all sorted.

We are in the process of getting some new moderators on the site so that should speed things up. Checking the links is a manual process.

one thing i think that gets overlooked with getting links checked is time difference....might be day time where the link is being posted but night time for the mods/admins so they asleep..

It's Easter weekend, there's also less people there now.
but links were checked about 15 minutes before he posted his link, he was just unlucky being between checks.

Ive been a member for hours as well... And i still get no confirmation.
=/ It smells like theres a need of mods.

A little bit of patience won't hurt.
It's not an emergency.

Links get checked pretty regularly. I checked myself a few hours ago and since then they have been checked again twice.
