I can log in using IE but not firefox any longer for the past month now..
this is the first day I even thought to try IE what is wrong, is there a new update that scewed things up for me?

There is a new update for FF available 2.0.0.12
Try forcing a refresh with the site. shift F5. Failing that shift alt del will delete everything with FF

yes, and I went to the firefox page and downloaded 2.0.0.12 and I still can't get in
what site do you want me to refresh in and I have hit shift alt del and nothing happens

What kind of addons are you using in firefox?

Check if you're not blocking the site somehow.

The site should work fine in firefox. Most of are users use firefox.
