i dont understand proxies and spamming so please explain

can some 1 explain proxies and spamming cuz im really confuzed and i definetly dont wanna get banned cuz i LOVE this site it has helped me sooooo much

A proxy is a program (sometimes browser based) that hides your ip by redirecting your ip to theirs (yes this is the simplified explanation). Free ones can be found but are very slow and rely heavily on ads to support them - often getting you adware and spyware for your trouble.

Spamming is often dragging up old threads that are no longer relevant, replies that add nothing new to the topic to gain post count, one word replies etc. Basically - think before you post.
