Why my link is getting denied?

Hello,
can someone explain me what's wrong with my link? It's getting denied over and over by mod.
I Just found linklist on swle.yarold website and found link what i want to exchange. What's wrong? There is written that its allowed and everything should be ok. Am i able to write this link here for you to check if that's it?

I don't get it. In site rules there wasn't any information that this should be game link. Why then this link is on linklist and even is allowed?

So.. there is no chance this will be checked? If it is "Allowed" why can't i have it.
