Okay, maybe this is not the best place to post this query...(mods please move if appropriate).

I like to make background images for Hippies Haven Dynasty. It's easiest if I can provide a static URL to our members, then do the updates by replacing the image file when its time to change the background.

Currently, I'm using servimg.com, but I must sent out a new URL to our members and it might take a few days for the backgrounds to get updated by everyone. In the past I posted and managed the image files on my ISP servers and could replace files whenever needed without bothering other dynasty members, but my ISP cannot serve the images fast enough and we had some complaints that our backgrounds were causing page refresh bottlenecks.

So, if anyone knows of a free and fast image server that allows files to be replaced without changing the URL, please post here.

Could I suggest trying the photo album here in this forum? Try it & see if its good enough for what you need

okay... I uploaded my image and am using it my shortnote... no problem. But I do not see how I change the picture without changing the URL of "http://yarold.eu/phpBB2/album_pic.php?pic_id=97".

Is there some document somewhere explaining how to manage pictures in my personal album?
