VIP privileges include:

•The ability to use HTML in your short notes.
•Being able to better control how & when your links are shown.
•Pretty Blue star next to your name.
•Being a Very Important Player

Example:
•1 Euro = 500 credits
•80 credits will give you 1 day of VIP
•800 credits will give you 10 days of VIP

For the sake of clarity I would like to ask how do VIPs that are earned ( i.e. clicks over 60,000) fit into this? I recall seeing (somewhere, not sure where) that my VIP said expire:never. I don't see this anymore.

Do all VIPs now have an expiration time? Or does this only apply to VIP that may come with credits purchase?

if a user get temporary bun, he louse is VIP
to return to VIP he mast do 60.000 visits counting from the day he return?

When someone gets banned for longer time, we shorten duration of ban by half but for the whole time person lose vip status.
When time of full length ban passes a VIP status is returned (if we wont forget about it).
