When an account is banned the links saved on that account cannot be changed (I checked the rules of conduct and you were absolutely right about banning my second account myrhana, so sorry about that!). My question is, does that mean the link still left on the banned account may never be used again?

You can ask an admin nicely to remove the link(s) from your banned account and if you appologize for your mistake and promiss not to make it again, I am sure they will.
