what time is happy hour at
and if the lotry is at minus will you still win cause i just acedently cliked random numbers
and i spent 50 credits on a ticket and i see the number going down my less than 50 after i bought my ticket

For those who participate it is usually at 6a.m. server time. If the lotto goes off and you win you will get paid, don't worry.

Mostly happy hour as 6 am European time(GMT +1) but some dynasties have more than one happy hour. One I have seen is 00:00, 6:00, 12:00 and 18:00
