Create A Dynasty

How does one create new dynasty, I've checked everywhere I can think of but can't find the correct place. (I looked through prior topics as well and didn't see a prior discussion on it)

from Yarold's "How to use Samurai War Link Exchange":

"4. Dynasties
You can start your own dynasty when you have amassed 199.99 credits. You may also join an existing dynasty by going to the .Dynasties. page and applying to one of the dynasties listed."

Thanks, I did read that - I have 199.99 and I'm currently in a Dynasty. I'm interested in starting one.

Having said that, I believe I found my answer from the 'chat' area - since I'm currently in a Dynasty, I apparently have to leave it before I'm able to see/find the screen/link to start a new Dynasty.

If that's not correct, please let me know.
