Posted: Sat Jun 07, 2008 4:24 pm Please put MonZoo links on timer
I'm not sure if this is the right place to request that MonZoo links be put on timer. It appears that clicks done at about the same time with the same IP do not count in MonZoo world...
I hope that this is an easy thing to do & thank you in advance.
Thank you Metalteo, quite frankly I don't know exact time, but I could try to find out... 5 mins should be safe at least for now... Thank you again Metalteo

It works perfectly now, everyone is happy with the ratio of valid clicks...
Thank you again
The timer does not need to be 5 minutes long. The problem is that when monzoo windows are all opened at once, it opens multiples of some and none of others. Yes they need a timer to make sure they are opened one at a time, but 1 minute would be enough.
Hi Metalteo,
I've seen that the valid clicks on my Monzoos have went down a lot since the shorter timer was put in, but I am still using about the same amount of credits each day. I hate longer timers as much as everyone else, but at least in my case it seemed to give more valid clicks. I'm not sure what the other Monzoo players have seen.
Would it be possible to please increase the timer just a little more and see if it helps?
Thanks

I'd have to agree. My smaller zoos are needing around 250 clicks to receive the 100 valid clicks. It was around 150 clicks before.
Although, I wonder if there is a page load issue with people closing the page too early, as my big zoo (big relative to my smaller zoos) had built up to a ratio of almost 4 clicks to 1 valid click even before the timer was changed. I'd hate to know what it would be now, lol. I haven't been putting it on here lately.
Even I dread seeing a page with lots of monzoos on long timers, but the click ratio has worsened significantly with the shorter time.
I did set the timers for 2.5 min. Let me know if you're ratio is better now.
The issue with users closing the page too fast, before it's loaded we only can solve when the game allows us to open their pages in frames. Speed clickers don't look at pages they click, so they don't know whether a page has been loaded and counted in the game or not.
This is an issue we have for a long time already and frames do solve that on games that can be opened in frames.
