2 numbers for # of members in dynasty

I have noticed that if someone joins before reset and is not accepted until after reset, the number on the dynasty.php page and the number on the actually dynasty view page is different. For example today one shows 69 and the other (actual) number shows 70 members. Is this something easily fixed?
