This is my way of encouraging those with multiple links who end up running out of credits. You see them with the <-1> where their link should be. The people who receive the credits are usually the same people and they do have multiple links. By giving the credits at the start of happy hour it also supports the people who sign in for happy hour by making those links available to the dynasty members.
