You can click a new Chae link just a fraction of a second after clicking another.

You do not need to wait five minutes.

Therefore the wait time on Yarold needs to be removed.

I know this because back when Wolfen still existed I would click 5 to 20 Chae links in a row. Never once did I have to wait.
