Having trouble getting into an account due to password probs after a comp crash have PM 2 mods about this but got no reply, so my question is when do mods check there pm's? and can u check your if your a pm and get back to please. Many thanks.

What happens with patience?

We have lifes too. I will look into this as soon as I do have the time and I've figured out your PM. Right now I can't make much sence of it. All I do understand is that you've 2 accounts now.

So why make a second account first and then ask for support?

Appologies for impatience i have sent you another pm clarifying the problem, but it is not showing in my sent box, only my outbox? did you recieve it? I have sent 3 messages in total but only 1 shows in sent box 2 in out is this normal?
Again appologies for impatience time zones differ i guess.

if message is in your outbox...it just means that metalteo has not read it yet. As soon as he reads it, it will move to your sent box

I don't understand why you have to send PMs to more then 1 person. Again, if you send it to more it becomes spamm. Then you have a password problem, there's no point at all to bug mods with it. This site has secured login and mods don't have the power to do anything with it.

Passwords are encrypted and not even the admins know your password. The site has password recovery, use it, it's there for a reason.
Logins are secured and they wont be changed by admins, unless somethuing went wrong on the site. You can reset your pw yourself.

PS. Do not resend PMs. We're getting too many PMs already there's no need for you to flood our inboxes.
