ok well i clicked on the lotto and it said you are banned but then i clicked the back arrow and i can still click links, then i tried to click the lotto again and the same thing happened.... i can still click others links and people are clicking mine but im just wondering whats going on here

just google it and u can find out loads of info about proxies...chances are though, you're either on a campus or have internet or something through AOL or a similiar company.
