well mayhem put a dynasty join link, maybe didnt read announcement :p

That's not the join link. That's the link to view dynasty, these are allowed.
You can advertise your dynasty, there's no problem with that, as long as you don't force people to join your dynasty, that link is not allowed.

BTW Mayhem is a site mod, he knows what link to allow.
