while i clicked my dynasty and the others.... i saw that my credits don`t increase when i click mediwar links... can anyone tell me why i don`t get credits while i click ?

Because Mediwars have a 30 secound timer, they get clicked a lot more often. Also, they require some further effort to give that user a legal click, but half of the clickers don't follow through. To prevent a HUGE loss in credits for the people being clicked, the Mediwar credit amount was reduced.

Also, I don't know if this was removed, but the clicks you give in the dynasty table should be cut by about half.

then why we waste our time if we only get 1 credit if we click 2 mediwars link`s ?

Cause you can still click more medilinks faster than most others, thus making up for the half credit reward
If you don't wanna click them, just don't click them
