I would guess he wants a new name or get... the quiz all over again.

Could I get banned if I during this 40 day period if I'm not using the other account which I made by mistake? (I did not put up any links or clicked for credits on that 'error' account)

I see how you made a mistake with 1 account, but you made 3 accounts this morning.
I banned the other 2, but you may keep the account you're using now. Keep it with only that 1.
