Fwiw, I do use size check and it was 'good' when I last changed my notes. Or is 'good' not okay in size check?

same thing happened to me. I had my notes deleted even though size check said it was good

Looks like most of the people in our alliance had the same. I guess size check is no use. :P

seems we did something wrong by trusting the size check. Except I always have my browser set at normal zoom. And I edit my short notes on a tiny netbook with crappy screen resolution

Ah, thanks for that.

I did just check my zzom and it was set at normal. Maybe the admin in question didn't have theirs set to normal? It seems like an awful lot of people lost their notes most of them I've talked to did check.

My zoom was normal too and size check was under OK - room for 1 more line.

Restore our SN's or prove they were too big!

I'm getting tired of having my SN deleted on a regular basis, with no justification (this is 4th time for me, IIRC - and I always use size check). Won't add them anymore unless I have something really important to say.

everyone notes were fine earlier today as i check them....problem has been taken care of so plz everyone put notes back if you would like to..

Yeah, sorry but there was no way mine were too big. I always check and also some people in my dynasty had one small graphic and one line of small sized text. No way they were too big either.

perhaps drunken people shouldn't go in and mess with things? :P

This mass-erasure of shortnotes usually occurs because of Mod Error. Everyone's notes were fine, but somebody hit the wrong button. Poof!

Just re-do them til the next mod fubar.

The mod team are made up of real people. Real people make mistakes (in this case a very silly mistake). Might I suggest that you all copy & paste your SN & save them just in case there happens to be a human error again.

If the MOD/Admin team should be able to expect respect from the users the team should be grown people with common sense who knows what they are doing - then an occasional mistake will be laughed at - but drunken teens in charge?

I think the error that has been made here is giving two very young and obviously immature people the ability to do things like this. They obviously don't care or don't understand the repercussions of it to other users on the site.

Yesterday problem was made by Hippies_Son who got promoted and demoted.

Sora/iFly got promoted to mod rank yesterday too, but he is more helpfull and not causing any damage.

I'm sure the last thing we needed was drunken kids in charge.

I'm pretty sure my one tiny line of text wasn't too big at all and it got wiped.

i was wondering why mine was deleted.. i was sure it was not too big, since i had removed a few lines from it yesterday...

i hope this does not keep happening, its getting tiresom.

I've just recently become a Mod elsewhere, so I know there is a steep learning curve.
