i am banned

I want to know why my account is banned? My account name is sansprofiteur and if it's not possible to unban my account please!

Sansprofiteur is a long-time yarold's user, and knows the rules, that's why I was so surprised at the ban until I found out what happened.
Please re-consider.
He sent me a french mail and explained me that he only wanted to help two friends to make the account settings.
But he himself has only one account.
It will never happen again!

And sorry for any inconvenience and extra work you have had because of what happened.

PROFILE FAQ

Accessing other accounts still isnt allowed. We have a number of tutorials here in the forum in several languages that should be referred to. If all else fail then members should refer to mods/admins.

Bans have been reduced on all members concerned
