I though since many members is sending so many mails everyday, could it be nice if it could come up a popup and ask: 'Do you really want to send?'

Also if it is a very private pm, and if you was send to wrong person, would you appreciate that?

And also there could be a place where it can be: Do you want to use this function? Also yes or no.
