Why is this possible when someone is banned??

tostandos was banned for multi's again, yet he can do this after being banned??

Not to mention the damage it causes to the members involved averages?

08/12/02 11:55:28 bansho has been kicked from dynasty by tostandos

banned members shouldnt be able to do this
