My Brother and I both made Yarold accounts but mine got banned. This ban is for proxies
right? (I dont understand proxies).

You can not make a new account when your CARE is bad. It's clear these 2 accounts belong to the same user.

And do not spam. Posting a message and sending PM to admin at once is not appreciated

Ok. I dont exactly understand what care is eventhough I read the post about it.
