This suggestion is probably only a small detail but a usefull one to my opinion.

I am very happy with the confirmation page when changing a members rank.
It currently says:

action: changing members ranks
confirm required: no yes

It would be usefull if the name of the member was also shown on this confirmation page.
Because it easily happens that you press the new rank (or remove link) one lign too high or too low and without realising you are changing the rank of (or removing) the wrong member.

i also agree. i myself have been going back to check a few times, because i wanted to be sure i had hit the right person.
