Let me try to explain..

Links that open windows with the small bottom frame from the exchange that require you to wait a bit before the link is counted, are not working for me. I click the link, like My 3d City or World Battleground, and I get one blank white page that never goes anywhere. It seems all links that have the small frame at the bottom are doing this to me, therefore Greatly impacting my ability for a high click count. Please help!?!?

Thanks

Try clearing your cache regularly. I usually click, say, 100 links and then close the window and clear my cache etc before starting again. I get the same problem as you, but re-setting everything really seems to help for me <3 Other than that, I'm afraid I don't know what to suggest :(

Thanks, but I have tried that. Closed IE, cleared cache, temp files, history, manually...
still having same issue, and having it on two completely different computers on two different networks! I am totally unable to get any credit for any links that require the frame windows and it is only happening on my account at the exchange. Frames work fine elsewhere; weird!

I am suffering from the exact same problem. I am using a different computer but the problem persists. This suggests a problem with my account rather than with the computer. I have left my dynasty because I cannot have my clicks counted on hundreds of dynasty links. Is there anything Admin can suggest to resolve this problem?

Thanks

Jim

It is a browser problem. I always use FF and have never had any problems. I switched to IE after reading this thread and clicked on a few links. It didn't happen straight away, but after opening a couple of links in tabs I found that the ones in frames stopped loading the pages. I would suggest using FF if you are able until Yarold can work out what causes this. It is a generally nicer browser anyway :P

I have found a way around the problem for certain links such as Dragon Cave and Valenth. You need to leave the screen open for a minimum of 30 seconds and then refresh the link. It will work for links which do not have a time delay until you can click the same type of link again i.e. it will not work for links such as Gladiator.

A solution is still required so that all links are accessible without unnecessary delay but this may provide a few extra dynasty links if you have the time.
