What are the qualifications for becomming a shogun? I am guessing that it is not based on click averages.

you are right. It is not based on average. Lowental himself will choose members to become Shogun

Shoguns are allowed to kick and to promote, but that's all. Furthermore they have no privileges

shoguns can also view our dynasty alliance page.
you can get shogun by clicking much and by recruiting some members :)
just keep goin. ;)
