Show dynasty rules to new members joining dynasty

Hello,

I think that when new member want to join dynasty he/she should be informed by the rules of that dynasty in the window and he/she must accept it before he/she joins (You know unhide dynasty link, click the number of links required,...).

Is it possible to implement the feauture like this ?
