Change Layout Doesn't Work

Warning:

i'm rather tired of my layout and tried to change it and this occured :D

PS**** Please edit and remove the warning code Yarold or Metalteo, once yarold has seen it and knows what it's doing, code that gives away possible file pathways and names aren't good to be left around for long.

I'm almost positive everyone's layout just went back to the default when he fixed it.
