Now I done a search before I posted or started this post and nothing has been posted!....But every avatar I try to upload tells me it must be a jpg,gif or a png now I save all my images as a jpg and also within a area of 150x110 as it has told me but can not upload from my computer.
Now what is wrong here and please let me know so I can get it right to where it will work.

Try hosting the image somewhere. Photoshack and Ripway work nicely. (Google them)

use img tags like [*img]yourpictureurl[*/img] without the * ofcourse
