Why isn't my link allowed??? :(

when I try to submit a new link, they say that my link isn;t allowed why :cry: This is the link [please do not post links in the forums, they only go in desperate clickers]

no websites like geocities, angelfire, lycos are allowed.

These are personal websites and will easely be abused.
