Okay, I just wanted my question answered and as to the comment about asking the people who were sending me the private messages, I did ask them and they continued to send the same exact message about turning it off without telling me what it was or where to change it. I apologize for turning this into a big thing but as I said before, I only joined for my dragons and so far, it hasn't helped at all because I've spent the whole time arguing with the dynasty before I got banned. Now that I know it's against the rules to allow someone to access my account in order to fix a problem with which I did not understand, I will not allow it but there is another point I'd like to put into play. When someone breaks a rule, you're supposed to send them a warning and not jump straight to banning for any length of time. By giving them a warning, you will know whether they are breaking the rule on purpose or they did not realize it was a rule to break. That way, if they do it again, you can go for a full ban and not waste everyone's time. Also, if you insist on doing one week bans for small mistakes such as these, you could at least send them a message as to what they've done wrong so they can correct it and not do it again. I'm sorry if I sound mad in stating this but your methods make newcomers feel unwelcomed and unwanted which will drive people away from your site.

Well, I'm sorry but SWLE is hard to navigate because it has so many spelling and grammer errors. She logged on to fix the problems that the dynasty was complaining about because they were sending me tons of messages yelling at me because my main was selected and wouldn't tell me how to fix it. If that's how you treat people that are just learning then maybe it's not worth it. I only joined so I could hatch my dragon egg and I don't care about the dynasty and stuff as long as my dragons live for once considering I don't know a lot of people to click the egg.

Okay, I just started this site less than two days ago and when I started, my girlfriend wanted me to join Mini Ming Dynasty which I did and then went to bed. I wasn't able to get back online until late evening the next day and the Dynasty was complaining that my credits were negative and I had MAIN selected and I had no idea what they were talking about so my girlfriend logged on to fix it for me and get my credits back up. I come on today to find my account's been banned and there's no explanation as to why, either. Since I've started here, I've been degraded over four private messages and banned for no apparent reason so I think you at least owe me a good explanation and a chance to correct it.
