Hi there,
some of you might know the German browser game "Pennergame" (btw, there is also an English version called "Dossergame", playing in London).
A week ago, a new (second) version released, called "Pennergame Berlin". Both versions are co-existing, but there's a difference concerning the links.
Links of the original Pennergame (playing in Hamburg) have the followingstructure:
Quote: | http://change.pennergame.de/change_please/xxxxxxx/ |
Nothing changes here, no user action is required to let the click count!
Pennergame Berlin links look like this:
Quote: | http://berlin.pennergame.de/change_please/xxxxxxx/ |
The difference: There is an user action required: Hit the gray button in the middle of the page AND hit the number in the captcha appearing!
The direct translation of the text appearing on top of the captcha:
Bitte klicke auf die Zahl
--> Please click on the number
I must admit, the numbers aren't very clearly to spot, but the captcha system has a more or less high tolerance.
So I hope there will be a support for Pennergame Berlin, because I really appreciate Yarold's as an incredibly fast and fair way to gain clicks!
Greetz! |

Hi,
i play the german browser game "Pennergame" and added my link at Yarold's to gain clicks and virtual money.
However, a user can only get 200 clicks per day, server reset is every midnight at 0:00 GMT +1. How do I have to set up the advanced link options. A single user can click every hour on my link, so the "24h" settings is wrong for me. Therefore I decided to set the history reset optino to "daily".
Yarold's server time atm is displayed as "Wed, 08 Oct 2008 20:01:04 +0200". What means the +0200? the "20:01:04" is exactly GMT +1 time, does the +0200 mean plus two hours, in fact 22:01:04? So do I need to set the history reset time at 0 or 2 to get 0:00 GMT +1 time?!
And what about the "limit" field. I set it to 200, but the counter gets down to 0 and my link is removed from the main page. For one day, thats fine, but I need another 200 clicks the next day, from 0:00 on. Does the limit reset itself automatically to the value I entered or do I have to set it manually to 200 every night?
thx in advance
