They could be Yer Hotels or PhantasyRpg if you have them on timer you can't see more of that type of links.

Yer Hotel links show up for me...even if I have clicked one recently. Not sure about the other type of link. I'll keep my eye open.

Thanks ;)

I was just wondering why there were links on the main exchange that I can't see. NO I don't mean ones that are hard to see.

There are a few folks who show up listed on the main exchange, that have no link listed. Even when I put my cursor over them, nothing shows up or is "click-able" where the link should be.

I did a search but saw no other topics about this, so here I am.

Thanks for any help on this,

I don't see the big problem with the frame going away personally. Most of the time, the "Your click has been counted" was displayed and the DC page still hadn't loaded up completely or at all. Many occasions it could be a good 2-3 minutes before the images loaded in. Most people would have clicked the page closed anyway long before that point and the eggs/hatchlings still wouldn't have gotten their views.

I guess it's not a huge deal...and I really was more curious then anything else.
I do know that the individual clicks are needed to make your dragons grow though....and oddly enough having the timer made sure my browser didn't overload & freeze when I open several windows.

...and yes the DC runs slow fer me too...usually around the hourly egg drops...

anyways...for those of us that don't speak the language of programers....what does this mean? Are DC links no longer on Timers or considered Care links?

Thanks for the thread...I was waondering what was going on!

The frames were there to make others wait for the images on a scroll to be loaded, before the page was closed.

Game doesn't allow us to make it wait inside the frame that counted your click. You h.ave to take CARE.

I think I understand now. So this is something new the game doing, since before they were there...right? Could the Care frame be put back if the DC owner was able to make it so the game would wait in the frame?

Sorry if I am a pain asking too many questions....but thanks for answering them.

This might not fix it but here is what I would try next...hope it helps!

Try deleting all of your mail...inbox and composed and sent...then you might try doing a disk clean up on your computer...restarting it if you haven't in a while....then I would uninstall and reinstall my web browser.

well...I hope you can get it to go away....I know it must be kinda annoying...good luck!

Did you check the server time? I would guess the quizz when it's about time follows the server time :???:

Didn't think of that thanks! Even so...the question is a bit subject to interpritation....

Of course the quiz follows server time.
You also don't have to wait till midnight your time to get a new quiz question for the day, do you?
And it's against the rules to post quiz answers, no matter how easy they are, so I suggest you remove or edit your post as soon as possible, because the admins won't be happy with this...

I edited my post slightly, due to your recomendation. It no longer tells the answer. I was not intending to annoy you by posting this question. I seriously was wondering why it said I was wrong. NOT ALL of us think of things like server time so thanks confirming what Jeanne posted.

I think you should file a complaint with the European court of Justice. A fine body and sometime in the distant future when you are bankrupt by legal costs and old and tired they might give you an answer.

Alternatively you could ask Barak to insist the whole world adopt EST

WOW! Now thats the best answer! I am off to do the paperwork now! LOL

ok so I have gotten answers wrong before that I thought should have been right but it's only 5 credits so who cares...but The quiz Question I just answered told me I was wrong and I have to kinda dissagree....

The Quiz Question I just answered:

"Happy newyear from the quizmaster!! Name the year we are in now !!! Happy clicking for you all may ur wishes come true !!"

2008
2007
2006
2009

I Chose 2008 since it is 10:53 EST where I am at and so it is currently December 31, 2008
But it says I am wrong. That the correct answer is another year....wuz up wit dat?

So who does the Daily Quiz again so I can poke a stick at them? I wunt my 5 credits back! LOL What should I do?

Well I for one don't mind that folks don't want to click the DC links cause I am getting to build up credits for the first time! Maybe I'll be able to save up enough to actually not have to worry about going negative! YAY!
I also clikc on the main page and you can get views for your dragon by changing your link to the view adress instead of the scroll link...and although they seem to be growing a bit slower...my dragons seem to still be getting enough to grow up! So I am kinda happy about the timers...did I just say that??

I personally don't mind the timers. I don't mind the hats either. I am having the problem of the timers freezing up so that I have to go back and refresh every page link for the DC so they will load. I am getting a lot of "link already visiied" when the link hasn't already been visited. Dunno why but thats the only issues I seem to have comming up.
Otherwise, like I said, I have no reason to complain. The timers all run down while I click Minicity links anyways...and I check for HATS so I can click them. Even with several DC links open I can seem to notice the HATS provided I am not ignoring my computer.

Sorry for everyone who is feeling that the timers on the DC links is such a big issue.
