how about prepaid links in which you as the linker can pay the credits in advance? those links would be auto-disabled (even in history) if the prepaid amount of credits reaches zero.

It allows better planning of credit spending and is more flexible for the clicker with inflexible times.

I know, VIPs can disable links from being shown in history and with limit it's in essence the same, yes, but still such an option would be helpful for players with narrow time per day or even week.
