Hmm, i noticed a disturbing new notice. Since I have done nothing new but accessed this site with both Cricket and Verizon accounts I thought I'd post about it. Perhaps someone has a problem with me? :)

No, please don't run away! I've always avoided clicking on my own links, but I'm wondering. Would we get credited on our account for the clicks?

Four or five days later I appreciate all of your informative responses! Thank you! :)

This is very sad. I wouldn't expect others to click your links at all with this attitude. I find this to be quite selfish (IMO), but it is good to know.
I wonder...if every person that had links like that were not to click you, how far you would be in your game?
I am VERY thankful that not everyone has the attitude that taking time to click someone else's 'second part' of a link is 'a waste of time'.

~giggle~ I was referring to the sites that hold me up for minutes, hours, or days. I've now found I was compounding my problem by hitting some of the waiting urls again and again. I hit all of those sites and waited them out and i am now less put out by any of them, though I still do not approve.

Hi Dusty  . I don't think DaBabes was talking about clicking the 'second' part of a link. It's the ones that are on a timer like FutureRP. You don't wait seconds, you wait minutes. It's a real pain when your trying to get all the links clicked at HH's. The last HH before the site resets is the worst unless I get there early to wait it out.

Anyway, that's how I thought she meant it.

Thank you, Dear. :)

A hundred minutes before I dare click on a site? No! That is not going to happen!

Thank you, Milee. I have decided I am no longer subject to their agenda, though it is still a nuisance.

I have begun actively avoiding clicking on any sites that would require my attention for minutes, hours, or days. Their posters may be impressed by their own self importance, but I am not. I am primarily here to exchange clicks, as I am certain most of our members are.
Thank you.

Is it on my PC I am paying to be online 24 hours per day? Most sites I visit would call that a virus.

Is this DaCoach stalking me now or a parody of me?

There is a Me not you, following him too, which I am certain would not be appreciated by any of the women!
I dont know who this person or persons are. Should they come to my door I will handle them.

Should these persons be role playing it appears they've hacked your program. I have pictures of their posts with NO urls behind them.

I applaud recent movements among the dynasties! If I were the Business Fairy I would wave my Magic Wand and dub it the smartest move made on or for this site in several years.
We've all seen the recent statements about free competition and how the hardest worker succeeds and comes out on top, so I hope we will all be open minded and fair, dare I say adult?
I will admit it was only my reaction to such things as manipulation of allies that ever motivated me to open NETFREAKS! I am so happy none of that will occur now!
Here's to all of you, and may the best Dynasty prevail!

Jassej, thank you, but I have admin warnings so I suppose my friends will have to do this by themselves.

No need to requote a full post especially without a comment relating to it

~Giggle!~ Thank you for responding, Ferrari. Yes, I would say hundreds have left and there are others hanging on because of nostalgia or sheer stubbornness.

Since all the other threads I have posted in have been locked, I suppose this "Suggestion" one wll be, too. I just love having these frank discussions with sites I've invested thousands of dollars and hours of work into! Have a Happy Koala!

That sounded very good, until you began pointing fingers again. Ever wonder what caused some of those apathetic people to be that way? Perhaps its the same reason so many went away? I have been your Dutch uncle before, Jay, and I've never given you bad advice! :)

That seems to be the direction membership participation, or lack of it, is pointing, yes. Monopolies lead to stagnation in competitiveness. Ask anyone in business.

If your purpose is to reduce the pool of possible recruits for other dynasties and to eliminate competition by creating a monopoly I would say you have succeeded remarkably well. None of this is the way to grow a business, thus only 160 to 170 average takers for my ten prime minicities credits on Main.

A ~erm~ few? I would laugh f I weren't still spending money here.

[ Added: Sat Jul 16, 2011 7:37 pm ]
I have had all ten of my cities open in Main most all of several days recently. My activity for those days reads: 1483, 1837, and 1516. That would seem to indicate less 200 members were active any one of those days.

It appears to me as I go down through the one page of dynasties left and see the number of members, if this was done thinning out multiples the baby was thrown out with the bath water. Just my opinion.
