Gale - Wed Feb 10, 2016 1:59 am late response is late, sorry  But lotto is disabled for everyone and there isn't a way to enable it. Instead there are lotto days 3 times a month where the credits that lotto accumulates are distributed to all negative or low credit active accounts! These days are the 8th, 18th, and 28th of every single month.
