Most dynasties have ranks based on minavg. You can see your current minavg on your profile next to "Total clicks averages minimum: ". Yours is currently only 1. You can also see this on your dynasty page in the column of minavg, this way you can see how you compare to your teammates. Minavg is calculated over 60 days and is the minimum average that you did each day. The site takes the smaller number you did, either clicked or received and that is what is used to calculate the minavg, so if you click 1000 but only receive 100 the site only counts you as doing 100, making it take longer to climb the ranks. So please try and balance 
I'm not quite sure on the magistreamers dynasty ranks so I'd recommend mailing the leader to find out, but my guess is that peasant is 0-50 minavg, samurai is 50-400, daimyo is 400-600, and shogun is 600+.
