There is no ToS link (which I can't view anyway because I'm apparently blocked from the site in its entirety) nor is there an explanation, which leads me to believe that this is not exactly a banning issue. I looked through hte droneBL database we use and my IP that's active at the moment is not listed, but perhaps you use a different database? Also, none of my entries should have a different IP range than what I have listed here (because I don't proxy, it slows my speed down tremendously).
