 Make a banner with a Valentine day's theme (70x450 max)
 If you are a VIP, put it in your shortnote, (here too if you want)
and if you aren't a VIP, post it here.
 Before the 15/2 at 07.00h (server time)
 Only one banner per person is allowed
 Only mobsters can participate
The winner will be decided by mobsters voting from 15/2 at 07.00h untill 18/2 at 07.00h. (server time) Each mobster have 3 votes, must vote for 1st, 2nd and 3rd winner. 
1st prize > 1000 Credits! 2nd prize > 500 Credits! 3rd prize > 250 Credits!
