At first I created my account with yahoo email, but after waiting a long time no validation email came. I decided to create another account with my gmail, I did not think that the unauthorised account will count as my second account. So I got banned. I understand how busy support is and that I have violated the rules, however I regret my actions and had no intention of cheating. I hope that admins will find a bit of their precious time and will be able to help me.
