Ella , niinamaa and I had the same problem, I removed cookies and history than the banner was back, but it comes not back when a new joiner is joining. Ella - Sun Oct 04, 2009 11:45 pm Checked, it is working again. Thanks Stan 
...cookies is what remembers your password and so? Glad i had not to clean that, forgot most of my passwords
