It's most likely because 45 others visit wasn't valid. From what I recall from update thread, users not registered in yerHotel have to wait 6 hours between each valid click, only for registered users it's 2 hours. Also some people don't click "Visit" button. Also, it seems like yerHotel is banned from exchange now, or maybe just unpopular, since I didn't see any of them today.
