I have tried to find info on the "CARE" thingy, but no, I don't find any. As for "Dynasty", I have no idea what it is. I tried join a dynasty once, and when I was in there, I have NO IDEA what a "dynasty" is for. Because of that, I never do any "contribution" to that dynasty I belonged to (how can I contribute when I have no idea what it is for??) and subsequently someone kicked me out. The thing is, there is NO place to write anything there. I did click on the picture when I saw them, for couple of times, nothing.
