zac11th Tsai - Tue Apr 21, 2009 1:16 pm May it be possible that you did not fill in (or mistyped) a correct email address? Another thing that happens sometimes, is that mails from Yarold are seen as spam and end up in your spam mail folder. I know it does when you use a hotmail address for sign up.
