Or: if you have somthing to say only to your kampaku then you can select that or if you have something to say to shogun then you select shogun the same with daimyo, peasant. it's very helpfull if I want to say all peasant have a contest then you don't have to mail all peasant one after 1, but with 1 click I message them all. A better solution is to make a post with your message on the forum and put a link to it in your short note.
